Very Easy Stir Fry

I can’t take credit for the lovely photo above… but I promise you that at my house, our favorite meal is stir fry and it looks just as yummy! This is a very easy recipe, that can be put together in about 20 minutes – you simply must try it!

What You’ll Need:

  • Fresh veggies of your choice (I like peppers, mushrooms, peas, broccoli, onions)
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Box of Pasta
  • Hot Sauce, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Soy Sauce

What You’ll Do:

  • Cook the pasta as you normally would
  • Cook chicken in a large pan, add soy sauce (about 1/4 cup) and hot sauce (to taste)
  • Once the chicken is fully cooked, add your veggies, garlic powder (to taste – I use about 1/2 tbs), chili powder (to taste – I like mine spicy so I use about 1 tbsp), a few more splashes of hot sauce, and soy sauce to taste (I use around 1/2 cup)
  • Add the fully cooked pasta and mix everything together for 1-2 minutes
  • Voila! Enjoy your stir fry! (feeds 4)
